Martin Harmer is a self-taught guitar builder and CNC/Fusion 360 specialist who teaches one-on-one coaching and courses to other builders. When he brought me in, his site was bare bones — just a blog feed, with no real structure and no path from visitor to student.

I rebuilt the site from the ground up: a tiered design system (a fully designed homepage, dedicated About/Coaching/Consulting pages, and content-rich resource pages for Downloads, 3D Models, Fusion 360, and Recommended Tools), built to actually convert — course email capture, consulting leads, and coaching bookings, not just pageviews. Without any promotion, traffic tripled in the first week post-launch. About a month in, Martin picked up another coaching student directly through the site.
